We worked on this Toyota Harrier 240G to replace its factory D2S Xenon low beams and 9005 halogen high beams with NaoEvo LED bulbs.
For the low beams, we installed NaoEvo D2 Plus LED bulbs. The high beams were upgraded with NaoEvo 9005 Warm White LED bulbs.
From D2S Xenon to NaoEvo D2 Plus
The Harrier's original low beams used D2S Xenon bulbs. We replaced them with the NaoEvo D2 Plus LEDs and then checked the headlights to make sure the new bulbs were operating correctly.
The upgraded low beam reached over 150 metres on this vehicle.
We also checked the beam pattern after installation to make sure the light was being projected correctly onto the road.
Upgrading the 9005 High Beams
The factory 9005 halogen high beams were replaced with NaoEvo 9005 Warm White LEDs.
The new high beams reached more than 300 metres on this Harrier. Once the installation was complete, we tested the high beams and checked their projection.
The Finished Harrier
The Harrier left our workshop with the original D2S Xenon and 9005 halogen bulbs replaced by the NaoEvo LED setup. We checked the beam pattern, alignment and operation of both the low and high beams before handing the vehicle back to the owner.
