We carry three panels: a 27-inch in 2K, a 27-inch in 4K, and a 34-inch curved ultrawide. The two 27-inch panels suit desk work and gaming; the 34-inch has room for two documents side by side. The 4K panel resolves more detail, the 2K panel costs less for the same 165Hz refresh rate.

A dual motor drives both legs together, so the desk stays level as it rises. Our 1.8m x 0.8m standing desk is dual-motor; the 1.4m desks use a single frame.

Yes. Fitting is available within major metropolitan areas, and we recommend it for beam alignment. Most NaoEvo bulbs are plug-and-play; the conversion kits need the ballast bypassed, so those we fit.
It comes with the hardware for both C-clamp (edge of desk) and grommet (through a hole) mounting. Most installations take under 15 minutes.
Yes. All Frame monitors take a standard VESA mounting pattern, so they fit the arms and wall mounts we sell and most others. The mounting hardware is included with the monitor.
Installation is optional and available within major metropolitan areas, covering desk assembly and monitor mounting. It is not included in the price of the desk.

Frame monitors carry a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures. A defective item is repaired or replaced free of charge to the original buyer, who covers logistics.
No. The warranty covers the person who bought the item. If you give or resell it, the warranty ends, even if it is still inside the warranty period. Any repair or replacement after that is charged at the current market price for the part, plus logistics.
We accept returns for faulty or defective products within two days of delivery. You get a full refund of the product price, and you cover the return shipping. After two days, a quality issue is handled as a warranty case.
