This Mazda CX-5 was upgraded from its stock lighting setup to NaoEvo LED bulbs for improved night-time visibility.
We replaced the factory D4S Xenon bulbs with NaoEvo D4Pro LED bulbs for the headlights and the H11 halogen fog light bulbs with NaoEvo H11 60W LED bulbs.
Mazda CX-5 Stock Lighting Setup
The Mazda CX-5 came with:
- D4S Xenon bulbs for the headlights
- H11 halogen bulbs for the fog lights
We replaced both with NaoEvo LED bulbs.
D4S Xenon to NaoEvo D4Pro LED
The original D4S Xenon bulbs were replaced with NaoEvo D4Pro LED bulbs. The upgraded low beam provides a stronger and clearer light output, with illumination reaching over 150 metres on low beam.
H11 Halogen to NaoEvo H11 60W LED
The factory H11 halogen fog light bulbs were replaced with NaoEvo H11 60W LED bulbs. The LED fog lights provide a cleaner white light and complement the upgraded headlights.
Low and High Beam Range
With the NaoEvo setup installed, the Mazda CX-5 achieves a lighting range of over 150 metres on low beam and over 300 metres on high beam, under suitable conditions.
The low beam provides the main forward lighting for normal night driving, while the high beam extends the reach further on dark roads when high beams can be used.
The Final Setup
The completed Mazda CX-5 lighting upgrade consists of:
- D4S Xenon → NaoEvo D4Pro LED
- H11 halogen → NaoEvo H11 60W LED
The result is a brighter LED lighting setup with greater reach at night while retaining the original headlight and fog light positions.
