The Toyota Noah came into Frame Frontiers with its original D4S Xenon headlights and 9005 Halogen bulbs. The owner wanted a stronger and more consistent lighting setup for night driving, so both were replaced with NaoEvo LED bulbs.
The D4S Xenon headlights were upgraded to NaoEvo D4S LED bulbs, while the 9005 Halogen bulbs were replaced with NaoEvo 9005 LED bulbs.
From Factory Lighting to Modern LED Technology
The Noah was running:
- D4S Xenon for the main headlights
- 9005 Halogen for the high-beam lighting
Both systems were replaced with LED bulbs, giving the vehicle a more uniform lighting setup.
D4S Xenon to NaoEvo D4S LED
The factory D4S Xenon bulbs were replaced with NaoEvo D4S LED bulbs.
The change gives the headlights a brighter, cleaner light output and improves the amount of light available on the road at night. This is particularly useful on roads with little or no street lighting, where the headlights have to do most of the work.
9005 Halogen to NaoEvo 9005 LED
The 9005 Halogen bulbs were also replaced with NaoEvo 9005 LED bulbs.
Upgrading both the D4S and 9005 applications means the Noah no longer has a mix of ageing Xenon and Halogen lighting. The LED bulbs also give the front of the vehicle a cleaner and more consistent appearance.
